Do I really need to use the plastic cover?

  • Yes.  It is important to utilize the cover in order to prevent damage.  By placing the cover over the window whenever there is the possibility of being subjected to a sharp blow or impact, you can dramatically cut down the damage done to your Interval 2000.

Why is the display dimming/faint?

  • If your display begins to dim, it is time to replace the batteries.  REMEMBER all unsaved data will be lost when the batteries are changed.

How do I turn on my backlight? / How do I turn off my backlight?

  • The backlight on the Interval 2000 turns on and off automatically whenever the low light sensor is activated by low light conditions or deactivated by high light conditions.
