The NK crew took a field trip to a Disney sponsored workshop. We learned about improving one of the most important parts of our business- customer service. We are always looking for ways to give you more of what you want. As the new kid on the block here (Hi there! My name is Monica and I'm your NK blogger), it was a fun bonding experience. We learned and laughed over Pumba figurine prizes and "It's a Small World" metaphors. But I have to admit, the highlight of the day had to be when our Customer Service Representative, Mary, enthusiastically jumped out of her seat to correctly answer a question and won what else but big Mickey Mouse ears! Go Mary! Way to represent.

NK's manufacturing facility has been invaded by video cameras! (No, not the security kind) We recently opened our doors for a film crew to shoot some cool behind the scenes footage of the making-of-a-Kestrel. It's for an episode on Shop Stop, produced by Ram Racing Series.
